Where to arrive
LivVie’s has recently moved from a commercial space of 7 years to a beautiful tranquil home based business.
You will receive the address when you book your appointment via email and text reminder.
We are By Appointment Only, you can easily book online or contact us via email or phone.
As there is no reception area as such, feel free to sit outside under the shade or in your vehicle in the aircon while waiting to be received for your appointment. I will open the door and collect you.

Etiquette
BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
LivVie’s requires some appointments to be paid upfront in full or 50 per cent of the treatment price. If you have a gift voucher you will need to contact LivVie’s to make your appointment for those appointments. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment or no show appointments will incur a 50 per cent charge of the treatment cost, if a deposit has been taken it will not be refunded.
HEALTH/MEDICAL
If you are unwell we will reschedule your appointment and waiver the fee if within 24 hours. In the interest of your therapist if you are unwell please contact straight away. This includes any contagious conditions. If you have any unknown rash or swelling seek medical advice.
MOBILE PHONES
Please make sure your mobile phone is on silent or switched off to not disturb your own peace and quiet.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please arrive a few minutes early especially if you are a new client to fill out a form. I will take you in on time and sometimes a few minutes early if ready. Arriving late may require your appointment to be shortened, altered or even rescheduled to not affect our next appointment. Your treatment time consists of a consultation of varying length to suit the appointment type to allow you to receive the best from the treatment.
PARKING
Please feel free to park on the white stones or the driveway.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We do offer beautiful gift vouchers in person or an emailed pdf version if you live away from Broome and are buying for a loved one. To book with your voucher book online as usual with the exception of appointments that require pre payment or deposit, in this case please contact to book.
